How to Reserve your space:

1. MEMBERSHIP: You must be a RA Ski & Outdoor Club member for the 2025-2026 season to travel in 2026 i.e.  membership expiry date extends past Jan 31, 2026.   Contact the RA Centre 613-733-5100 to join or renew or extend your membership.
2. DOWNLOAD and COMPLETE a Trip Application [download a  fillable form]
3. RESERVE YOUR SPACE: Submit (email) your completed Application form anytime after August 1, 2025 8:00 AM to reserve a space (email address provided on form), or enter the wait list.
4. PAY THE DEPOSIT to confirm your reservation: space permitting, upon receiving the Application form, your space will be reserved. The Weeklong Coordinator will send you a link to our custom Registration portal by Skican Group Travel.  Confirm your Registration space by providing payment details securely to Skican at that time.  Payment via Credit Card:  MC, VISA, AmEx  (no additional charges).

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis, subject to availability, until November 16, via email - OR - in special circumstances, at the RA Centre East Desk along with payment details in an envelope clearly marked “To the attention of RA Ski - Weeklong Coordinator – Jaime Impey”.  Ensure that you have emailed the Coordinator to advise the Coordinator that you will be dropping it off to their attention off that the date and time submitted are written on your envelope by the desk staff.

DESTINATION

When hunger strikes, the Italian alps stage is set for lavish long lunches, visions of vino, beautiful panoramic views, and multi-course dinners amongst the fabulously friendly locals.  Ortisei, together with Santa Cristina and Selva, is one of the three municipalities of the Val Gardena, considered one of the most popular tourist destinations in South Tyrol because of its uniquely beautiful location and the hospitality of its inhabitants. Val Gardena is one of the 15 largest and one of the five best-rated cross-country skiing areas in Italy. As the main village of Val Gardena, Ortisei has a wonderful pedestrian zone with shops, cafés and restaurants.
