Description:   Meeting point: RA West wing doors When: 9:45 AM for a 10:00 departure Starting from the RA, we'll follow the bike path along the Ottawa River to Rideau Falls, cross the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge, and take the bike path to Lac Leamy, where we'll stop at the beach for a snack (or lunch). We'll return via the bike path by the Casino, the Ruisseau de la Brasserie, the Museum of Civilization, MacDonald- Cartier Bridge and Rideau River. It's bike path all the way, and generally flat, except for one hill going up to the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge on the Hull side. (This can be avoided if you return directly from Lac Leamy.) - Meet 'n'Ski Downhill Trips are car pool trips. We meet at the RA Centre West wing lobby and leave at the time specified. Skiers share the cost of gas.

- Cross-Country Day Trips: We meet in the RA West wing lobby 15 minutes prior to departure, to organize carpools.
After, we often go to a local restaurant, either for lunch or dinner, to socialize. Skiers share the cost of gas.

- Downhill and/or Cross-Country Bus Trips depart from the RA Centre West Parking Lot at the time shown, unless otherwise specified.

- For biking and hiking, meeting places vary.
